Our Services & NDIS Support

Non-clinical, person-centred supports designed to help you explore creativity, connect with community, and work toward your individual goals.

Community Access

NDIS Support Categories:

  • Core Supports – Assistance with Social, Economic & Community Participation
  • Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life

We support participants to access and participate in social, cultural, and recreational activities within their community, based on their interests, goals, and support needs. This includes building confidence in community settings, developing social skills, and engaging in meaningful activities that enhance wellbeing and independence.

Support may also include assistance with activities of daily living related to community participation, such as planning outings, developing routines, or building skills to access public spaces and transport. All supports are delivered in a person-centred, strengths-based way.

Psychosocial Support

NDIS Support Categories:

  • Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living
  • Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life (where applicable)

Our psychosocial support services provide non-clinical, recovery-oriented support for participants experiencing mental health challenges. This peer-based support focuses on emotional wellbeing, daily functioning, and social connection, grounded in lived experience and mutual understanding.

Support may include building routines, developing coping strategies, reconnecting with community, improving communication, and working toward individual recovery goals. Our approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and respectful of each participant's journey.

Creative Art Therapy (Non-Clinical)

NDIS Support Categories:

  • Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living
  • Capacity Building – Increased Social & Community Participation

Our non-clinical creative art sessions support participants to explore self-expression, emotional processing, and personal growth through guided creative activities. Sessions use a variety of art mediums and focus on the creative process rather than artistic skill or outcomes.

These sessions support emotional regulation, confidence-building, skill development, and social engagement, while providing a safe and inclusive space for participants to express themselves creatively.

Group Programs

NDIS Support Categories:

  • Capacity Building – Increased Social & Community Participation
  • Core Supports – Assistance with Social, Economic & Community Participation

Our group programs include creative workshops, social inclusion groups, and community-based activities designed to foster connection, confidence, and belonging. Groups provide opportunities for shared experiences, peer support, and skill development in a structured yet flexible environment.

Programs are inclusive and paced to support participants' individual needs, encouraging social engagement, communication skills, and meaningful relationships.
